Hi – I’m Richard and I took over Escentina 12 years ago. When I was younger, I dreamt of being a professional tennis player, and later a winegrower – but with warmth and fondness I look back and realise I’m exactly where I want to be. As the Chairman of Escentina, I’m proud to have created a very robust team and perfected the processes of our operations. Though our team is small (but expanding!), we are wholeheartedly dedicated to providing a seamless journey for our clients. Together, we strive to always go that one step further; making the impossible, possible. And as a result, as we all maintain strong market connections, our collective commitment yields a direct positive impact, fostering satisfaction and a profound sense of achievement for the entire team. Looking ahead, I’ll continue to guide our business across Europe and the world, helping clients in the development of their 100% natural products. I aspire to inform, educate, and offer insights into what distinguishes natural perfumery from its synthetic counterpart. More than anything, I’m excited to see what the next chapter holds for Escentina, and what brilliant successes we can achieve, together.

Hello, I’m Marc! Since July 2024, I’ve had the honour of serving as the Managing Director here at Escentina, a role that fills me with immense pride. My focus is on building strong relationships with our employees, partners, and clients, while preserving the values that make Escentina special and fostering growth at every potential avenue. Close collaboration with all stakeholders is at the heart of my leadership approach, and leaning on the expertise, knowledge and energy of our amazing team. Working at Escentina is a unique experience because it fuses artistry, creativity, and technical expertise. We’re lucky to operate in an exciting industry that’s proud to find sustainable solutions to functional needs, and as a small company with big ambitions, our talented team is key to our success. In my role, I am inspired by the incredible fragrances and all the natural raw materials we work with. Our TrueScent line, in particular, captivate me every day. Constantly striving for improvement, I view challenges as opportunities for growth, pushing us to not only optimise our products but to enhance our service. My wish for Escentina is continued success through teamwork, innovation, and client satisfaction. When I was handed over the management of the company I was told “stay as you are” and it encourages me to strive to stay true to my values while embracing growth.

Hey! I’m Ema. As a Development Assistant here at Escentina, I introduce our clients to our products by sending samples and preparing blends for trade fairs. I also handle fragrance blending, shelf life, customs documents for shipping and other key organisational tasks to keep the business running as smoothly as possible. What I enjoy most about working here is the people – there’s always something to laugh and chat about, it’s like a family where we can always be ourselves. Of course, the diverse edit of fragrances and essential oils always keep the work exciting too. Success in my role involves careful organisation and prioritisation, while at the same time, the freedom to share and add my own ideas keeps me inspired every day. My wish for Escentina as a brand and business is that we continue to grow through collaboration and creative problem-solving – always demonstrating our full potential.

Hi – My name is Anh! As a dedicated Sales Manager at Escentina my number one priority is to drive the company’s commercial success across my key regions: Germany, Austria and Switzerland. With diverse experience in sales teams at everything from mid-sized enterprises to multinational corporations, I’ve been able to shape my approach to forming strong client relationships. From the moment I stepped into Escentina I felt at home – a feeling that fuels my passion, daily motivation, and commitment to going beyond expectations. One quote I have taken with me throughout my career is from my grandmother who said, “whatever you do either in work or in life, sometimes you will be strong and sometimes you will get weak but never give up”, it’s why I’m always inspired to approach every challenge with resilience. While I don’t have a single favourite fragrance, I believe every Escentina perfume tells a unique and spectacular story. My wish for the company is simple: that we continue to grow, thrive, and inspire, wherever our journey takes us.
