Customer Service

The Customer Service department is the voice of the company, prioritising smooth, precise, and timely communication with our clients. Our dedicated team ensures that every step of the order process, from confirmation to product delivery, is meticulously followed. By maintaining communication channels and addressing client inquiries or concerns promptly and completely, the Customer Service team is a key factor in the satisfaction of our clients.

Finance

The Finance department manages Escentina’s financial transactions, including payables, receivables, and payroll. Team members handle budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow to meet financial commitments, as well as compliance with financial regulations. They aim to maintain the company’s financial health by identifying and managing financial risks to make sure that Escentina can operate efficiently and make strategic investments for future growth.

Fragrance Design

The Fragrance Design team is at the forefront of creating new perfumes, whether inspired by client briefings, future collection needs, or spontaneous ideas. Our team of creative minds uses their technical expertise in perfumes and raw materials to assist clients in solving formulation challenges. Fragrance designers support and guide clients throughout the creative process, ensuring the successful development of unique and captivating fragrances and bringing innovation and artistic flair to every perfume creation.

Human Resources

The Human Resources department manages all aspects of employee relations. Team members oversee recruitment, aiming to find top talent via job postings and interviews, as well as manage onboarding and training to empower employees to excel in their roles. This department monitors and provides feedback on performance, fosters a positive work environment, and runs engagement programmes to keep staff motivated. Other responsibilities include managing payroll, compensation, and benefits, making sure that the company complies with employment laws and effectively handles employee relations.

Marketing

The Marketing department is responsible for anticipating clients’ needs and preferences, while closely monitoring industry trends. Members of this team work closely with the Fragrance Design department to translate the abstract world of scents into words and visuals that resonate with the fragrance community and prospective clients across all channels of communication.  A seamless integration among the Marketing, Sales, Fragrance Design and Sampling departments ensures that clients’ needs are heard across all levels of the organisation and leads to a clear understanding of current market trends and the delivery of exceptional client experiences.

Production

The Production department operates with the objective of ensuring timely delivery of the right product to our clients. Each day, team members weigh hundreds of raw materials with precision and speed, filtering and packaging the finished products in accordance with required specifications. As the transformative force within the company, this department plays an important role in converting raw materials into the final products that reach our clients.

Purchasing

The Purchasing department plays a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted supply of raw materials that meet the required quality and price. As a key actor in the transition towards more sustainable sources of raw materials, this department plays a vital role in supporting the company’s supply chain and enabling Escentina to meet its operational needs efficiently and responsibly.

Quality Control

The Quality Control department meticulously evaluates and monitors every stage of production and guarantees that the raw materials and final products meet required specifications. This team manages all certifications and ensures adherence to the process standards of each department. As the official stamp of quality of the company, this department is responsible for upholding Escentina’s high standards and ensuring client satisfaction.

Regulatory Affairs

The Regulatory Affairs department ensures that all our products align with the various regulations applicable to both our company and our clients, working to create and manage all necessary certificates and documents required by our clients to comply with the laws and regulations of the countries in which they operate. As the regulatory stamp of the company, this department prioritises adherence to legal requirements, providing clients with the assurance that Escentina’s products meet the necessary standards and comply with relevant regulations.

Sales

The Sales department is instrumental in fostering clear, accurate, and timely communication with all current and future clients. Our sales team represents our company and clients on the international market. They ensure that the overall service and our products are delivered to fulfil our client’s expectations.

Sampling

The Sampling Department at Escentina is responsible for small-scale compounding and shipping fragrance and essential oil samples to clients, allowing them to experience and evaluate scents before making purchasing decisions. This department ensures that the samples are an exact representation of the final product, simply in smaller quantities. By delivering high-quality, customised samples tailored to each client’s specific needs, the Sampling Department helps foster strong relationships and trust with our clients. 

Sustainability Management

The Sustainability Management department takes charge of leading the company’s sustainability programmes and activities in collaboration with all stakeholders involved. As the driving force behind sustainability initiatives, this department ensures that Escentina’s actions align with its commitment to environmental and social responsibility. By implementing and overseeing sustainable practices across all production and service departments, we aim to leave a positive and lasting impact for both our clients and ourselves.
