Despite the challenges posed by allergens in natural perfumery, Escentina has developed a range of allergen-free and low-allergen natural fragrance compositions in some of its olfactive families. These formulations span a diverse range of product categories. Thanks to our rigorous validation process, these fragrances do not require labelling any allergens as per the validated dosage. This means you can enjoy our fragrances with complete peace of mind, knowing that we have taken extra care to ensure they are gentle and safe for all skin types.

For every perfume, IFRA establishes recommended maximum usage levels to maintain product safety. For sensitive skin and products designed for “mother & baby” use, the fragrance percentages are intentionally lower, minimising the presence of allergens. Escentina offers some allergen-free and low-allergen options within selected olfactive families. These fragrances are crafted for mother and baby care products, seamlessly combining safety with delightful scents.

Although we don’t directly use palm oil in our products, some of our raw materials contain traces of it or are derived from it. However, we’re actively working to reduce our reliance on palm oil. As part of our sustainability commitment, we’re exploring alternative raw materials that are eco-friendly, and we’ve set a target to replace all palm oil-based materials and derivatives by 2030. We’re constantly researching and testing new ingredients that meet our high standards and have minimal impact on the environment. Our sustainability journey is ongoing, and we’ll continue to seek innovative solutions to reduce our ecological footprint.
